GarlicThe Flying Coyote Farm grows several types of eastern European hard neck garlic including Killarney Red, Siberian, Georgian Crystal and Leningrad. These types of garlic are known for their distinctive flavor.
The garlic is planted in a 1/4 acre section of a one acre field. Each year the
garlic is rotated to a new 1/4 acre area of the field. The other 3/4 acre is
usually host to pumpkins or potatoes to help revitalize the soil. The garlic is
hand planted, hand picked and hand cleaned. Garlic is available from July to December for $6 per pound. Ordering GarlicIf you are interested in ordering or pre-ordering garlic please contact us for more information.
